너무 어려운 책을 읽으면 흥미를 잃고, 너무 쉬운 책만 읽으면 실력이 늘지 않아요. 렉사일 지수를 활용하면 딱 맞는 책을 찾아줄 수 있어요!
연구에 따르면, 자신의 렉사일 지수보다 50L 아래에서 100L 위 정도의 책을 읽는 것이 가장 적절하다고 해요. 이해할 수 있으면서도 약간 도전적인 수준이기 때문이죠.
